“I've been wanting to write for a while, but I've been rather busy. That, however, is the reason that I drink Guru. I'm a physicist and also quite physically active. As I'm sure you can imagine, the mental demands of the field combined with the physical demands I make of myself make for an exhaustive lifestyle. I've never had a taste for coffee and while other energy drinks work, the idea of ingesting taurine and other nonsensical chemicals made me search for a potentially healthier alternative. Although I realize that consuming too much caffeine and sugar is not the healthiest thing to do, I didn't want all of the other stuff if I didn't have to have it. Anyway, I think you have a wonderful product and it definitely keeps me going. I would also love to see a smaller size. I think that, since I consume about 2/day, they would be more useful in more frequent but smaller doses, and I typically drink half and save the other half for later anyway.

“I love GURU. I drink one every morning when i get to work and on the weekends and love the taste. I think the company is awsome and it seems like a fun working environment that I wish I was part of. I've even driven by the business address while in NYC one time to check the place out but I was disappointed to not see any kind of store front or signs anywhere. Are you guys going to produce GURU merchandise anytime soon? I would love to get a hold of some. Anyways, I will continue to enjoy GURU. I have to say Guru and Guru lite are by far the best energy drinks around! they tast great and dont leave you dehydrated like other energy drinks I drank one before I pulled a 20 hour fishing trip and it helped.
I am still not a big fan of the Ice tea and Lemonaid flavours, but the Lemonaid was a greater improvement from your previous one.
I just wish it was a little bit sweeter.

I started drinking Guru when I moved to Montreal for university in 1999. I lived at Ontario and St. Denis and I'd get my local dep to order an extra case for me and let me buy it at cost.

I find that I get less jittery than if I were to drink coffee or some other energy drink. I believe this is due to the fact that there isnt TONS of sugar (only 22g per bottle) and that the caffeine comes from guarana. Each can contains 125mg of caffeine (about the same from a medium coffee). "

"I found out about this energy drink by googling the web for energy drinks with only natural ingredients, because all other energy drinks that I have tried like Red Bull, Sobe etc. have lots of vitamin B and caffeine which increases metabolism and makes me lose weight, which sounds like a good thing but I'm naturally thin and already have a high metabolism. Guru was the perfect answer, it's not packed with vitamin B's or synthetic caffeine and so it doesnt give you a crash. It takes about 20 minutes to kick in and when it does its a very clean and smooth energy. It tastes a little fruity with little carbonation, and it has a good after taste, very unique. I take one in the morning before class or work sometimes and it works great with no crash at all. It's perfect to take right before going to the gym. I tried taking red bull before going to the gym, and it wore off quickly and drastically, made me exhausted. Try Guru, you wont regret it."

"I have searched everywhere and tried everything to find a product that works. I have used everything, 5-Hour Energy, Red Bull, Monster and all of those fad drinks. The problems with those products are:
-The sickening artificial ingredients like Taurine (which is a constituent of bile and has not been proven to do anything useful for an adult)
-The high calories from HFCS or oppositely the afewul taste from artificial sweeteners
-Over abundance of ingredients that cancel each other out (like caffeine's depletion of vitamin C in the body)
What makes Guru so good? Well, the first example is that I have had insomnia for 8 years while trying to write my first book and training for triathalons. I need energy and concentration more than the average joe. The other drinks either shoot you up for an hour and then you crash, do nothing, taste too bad to drink, or your body gets used to them quickly. Instead, I have found that Guru:
-Is a gradual increase of energy, mostly mental concentration and awakeness instead of getting the jitters or a Niacin flush like with other drinks
